He has diverse experience of working with SMEs, including three years selling Commercial Finance within West Sussex, twelve years running three Brand Experience Marketing Agencies and more than three years mentoring and coaching a diverse range of business owners and managers
In these roles he faced a wide range of business challenges including: being bought by, integrated into and exiting a multinational; hiring staff, managing teams and making redundancies; handling an Administration / CVA; employing and managing a client sales force of up to 60 staff and employing up to 3000 freelancers per year; running a multi-site operation and multiple temporary-sites; developing Joint Ventures; managing the highly intense logistical challenges associated with Brand Experience Marketing activity; plus strategy development, project management, design, stock logistics, market research and so on.
He uses this experience, allied to a direct but empathetic approach, to quickly and sustainably help businesses and individuals overcome their challenges
